PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy matters.
This policy explains what information All in One Place may process, why it may be processed, and how advertising and third-party services can work on the site.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Information you provide
Most calculators and browser-side utilities do not require an account. Information you enter into a browser-side tool may be processed locally in your browser. If you use a feature that sends data to a server, such as the file conversion service, the submitted data is transmitted to that service to perform the requested operation.
Our file-conversion backend uses temporary working files for conversion and removes temporary files after processing. Do not upload confidential, highly sensitive or regulated documents unless you are comfortable using the service.
Cookies and advertising
We may use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics and advertising. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure advertising. Google states that publishers must clearly disclose their use of advertising cookies and related technologies in their privacy policies.
Google may use information such as cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers in connection with advertising and measurement. Users can manage Google's advertising personalization choices through Google's advertising settings.
Affiliate links
Some pages may contain affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase or action, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay unless the relevant provider states otherwise.
Third-party services
The site may link to or use third-party services such as YouTube, Google services, affiliate networks, advertising providers and external conversion infrastructure. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
Contact messages
If you email us, we may receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot or handle the request.
Data retention
We do not intentionally ask visitors to submit unnecessary personal information. Retention periods can vary depending on the service involved, the reason for processing and applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You can choose not to use optional features, block cookies through your browser where available, and avoid submitting sensitive information to tools that do not require it. Where legally required, we will provide appropriate consent choices for advertising and similar technologies.
Children
All in One Place is a general-audience website and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools, partners or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
